- LWLuke WelbornFeb 17, 20261.0Idk what happened, but I went in for an oil change , and out of nowhere suddenly the service manager pops in and shows me pictures saying my that there is a major oil leak , first said it was my rear main seal and now i see on the notes it says drain plug is leaking bad and did I want to continue with the oil change , my question is where were they the 10 minutes under my truck before this “discovery “ not only that there had been no oil spots on my concrete driveway and so during the course of a 15 minute drive from my home to the oil change place suddenly my oil system has an gashing wound ? Could it be someone screwed up with my drain plug and in doing so trying to deflect any liability that would occur from over tightening the drain plug nut ? I find it extremely unlikely this just magically occurred from my home to the shop . And also quite sure i was shorted $20 in my change that I paid with a hundred and missing a $20 . Now my truck sounds completely different than it did . Do NOT use this place !!!

- PGPaul GaiserJan 20, 20262.0I'll give them credit for the convenience of the oil change (you don't leave your car and it only takes a few min) but you will be barraged with sales pitch after sales pitch. Rotate tires, maintenance for this and that, etc. They pulled out both my air filters (engine and cabin) ostensibly just to show me that they're dirty and try to sell a replacement. They actually asked whether they could look at the cabin filter, I said no, then they did it anyway and struggled to put the cover back on. Got new oil, sure, but it was neither cheap (~$140 full synthetic) nor a pleasant experience. I will not be going back.
