  I recently visited Valvoline for an oil and filter change, bringing my own oil and filter as I always do. To my surprise, what used to cost 39 now jumped to 74—a sudden 90% increase in just three months. This kind of abrupt price hike feels unreasonable and lacks transparency, especially for a basic labor service when the customer supplies the materials. I expected consistency in service fees, not an unexplained surge that erodes trust. Valvoline should provide clear justification for such changes or at least notify regular customers in advance. Until then, I’ll be exploring more reliable and fair-priced alternatives.

  If the costumer provides the oil and filter. They will charge you $74.99. No thank you, I’m not coming back anywhere near Valvoline.

  I normally don’t write reviews, but after multiple experiences at this Valvoline location, I feel compelled to speak up. The biggest issue here is the manager, AMANDA. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to go out of her way to make both customers and employees uncomfortable. From what I’ve observed, she talks down to people, raises her voice unnecessarily, and treats her staff with little to no respect. It’s clear she creates a hostile work environment constantly nitpicking, hovering, and “messing” with her employees instead of supporting them. You can tell by their body language and faces that morale is low, and it all stems from her behavior. What’s even worse is how she interacts with customers. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she’s dismissive, short-tempered, and gives the impression that you’re inconveniencing her just by being there. Professionalism and customer service should be the basics for a manager, but AMANDA consistently falls short in both areas. A manager should build their team up, not tear them down. A manager should create a positive atmosphere for customers, not drive them away. Unfortunately, AMANDA seems to do the exact opposite on all counts. If Valvoline cares about its reputation and customer loyalty, they really need to take a serious look at how AMANDA runs this location. As long as she continues treating people the way she does, both employees and customers will suffer, and many like myself will choose to take their business elsewhere. I WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

  I decided to get oil changed on my Tucson SUV at a local Valvoline dealer rather than at the local Hyundai dealership because I only needed an oil change for my car and might have a very long wait at the dealership or even have to leave my car overnight before it would be serviced. In addition, I had a $15 off coupon from Valvoline from its web site. When I visited the local Valvoline facility, three cars were in line ahead of me. A Valvoline associate came to my car soon after I got in line and told me my wait would be about 45 minutes. She later came out and informed me that my wait would be about 15 minutes longer. I was in no hurry, so I continued to wait in line and appreciated the accurate information on wait time. When my car entered the service bay about an hour after getting in line, the Valvoline associates servicing my Tucson did an overall safety check of my car as well as an oil and filter change - in about 20-25 minutes. They were pleasant and efficient! I was pleased with the price Valvoline charged for my visit, which was about $20 less than the Hyundai dealership probably would have charged for the same service.
