I was given verifiable information of the cost. At that time I was driving a Jeep Gladiator. I left, and when home' retrieve my Mini, and returned. I waiting in line for over 2 hours patiently. When attendant greeted me, I explained what I wanted, and at this time did not need due to having other Maintenance work schedule. The attendant made some grumbling remarks and left. He returned to inform me that Can't perform an oil change on my vehicle. After assuring me that this task could be done. This was totally unprofessional, and pretty disrespectful to the public you want to serve. I intend to add this comment to our News Paper.

I got a conventional oil change and the price was 56$ and with a coupon it was down to 48.36. I usually only pay between 38-40$ and I just had my oil changed here 3 months ago. Spilled a bunch of my coolant without topping off, didnt check tire pressure, the woman was nice but was more interested in giving me her number than making sure my vehicle was taken care of. Gave em another chance a couple weeks ago cause I got a $15 off coupon. Had it ready on my phone and everything. Got caught up in the service and didnt remember until my card touched the reader to tap. I told the guy it was my only reason for coming and instead of voiding the sale and adding the coupon, he kept saying "we'll get you next time, trust me, ill make sure of it", like it matters. They send those $15 off emails pretty regularly. Also he decided not to check my cabin filter cause it was too much effort, lol. There won't be a next time. The sales people are single handedly driving people away from this location.
