Went in to get a reprogram service done, was told that they don’t do work for people like me and said we are the type of people to bring law suits and don’t pay. When I told them I would be more then happy to pre pay they refused me. It’s a shame I spend so much money for parts there do so much business and they want to treat me like that. Racially profiled me 1000%
I made a appointment at 10 am for general maintenance needed, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and it's been 31/2 hours and still waiting. Never have I ever experienced this at any other car service place. C"mon get it together Sheehy.

Customer service was great, I went their for them to fix a problem on my car, they said it was fixed. Got there, retrieved my car,drove off, same issue happened again. Came back, said I needed to take it to another dealership. Basically paid for an expensive service that didn't fix my isssue. I want a refund on the everything except the diagnostics, because my issue wasn't fixed and now I have to go somewhere and spend even more money.

My husband took my truck in to get a set of tires, apart from the wait time he didn’t have any problems and was otherwise pleased with the service.
