There were issues with the hardware being incorrect that wasn’t really sheehys fault and more of a manufacturing issue. They took the sacrifice on shipping and extra parts to make sure the right thing was done for my install.

My extended warranty was able to cover it! They really turned a bad experience into a good ending!!

So, I came to the service/parts department because when I was doing my own oil change yesterday the oil filter assembly broke. Why did it break? Because this guys put so much torque to it when tightening it, because of that, even having the right tool to remove the filter, the filter itself got broke due the torque required to set it free. I explain this situation to this lady called Chanta and she leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. SHE ALSO CALLED ME SILLY for trying to get the filter replaced under warranty. Thank God she called this guy called Josh to take over for her, he was so nice to me. Shout outs to Josh, that's a customer service as higher as Toyota standards!!!👏👏👏 Even though I had to pay for the part, I'm happy for Josh's interaction, better than dealing with Chanta's attitude.
