I was told that it’s cheaper if my check engine light is not on. Which it wasn’t. But there was something causing a misfire. Then i get a call that it might be either the spark plug , coil or injector causing the issue. That they can’t really tell because the check engine light is not on. Smdh if the check engine light was on i would see the issue and fix it myself. Paid 200 the get the wrong result. Had the injector replaced and still have the issue.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have work done in my Bronco Sport to replace a rear seatbelt sensor. They had the car from 11:30 until 6:00 on Tuesday 11/11 and did not complete the work for the 3rd time. Very poor customer service and we are not happy with this outcome. Now we will have to bring back again. Will this happen again?

Yesterday, October 28, was my second visit to this dealership, and once again I left disappointed. We scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When booking, we clearly stated both the 9:00 a.m. drop-off time and that the vehicle needed to be finished by 2:00 p.m.
At 2:00 p.m., the vehicle was not ready. I was told to return in 30 minutes, but when I came back it still wasn’t finished. The vehicle was not ready until 3:30 p.m., an hour and a half past the requested time, and no one proactively notified me of the delay. I had to make two trips back to the dealership before anyone shared an update.
The service department also lacks basic customer service. When you walk in, there is no greeting, no direction, and no sense of ownership from staff. No one welcomes you or lets you know where to go or who will be helping you. The environment does not feel organized or customer-focused.
This is not my first poor experience here. My first visit over the summer had similar issues, the work was completed later than promised, and I had to vacuum and clean my own vehicle afterward due to residue left behind from the repair.
After two visits with the same pattern of delays, lack of communication, and poor quality of service, I won’t be returning. Save your money, and more importantly, your time, by going somewhere else.
