  I have taken my car to get a set of 4 tires my old tires came on the car and wasn't sure how long they were on the car and I was able to do 100 mph + with absolutely no shimmy shake ECT after my new tires were put on I had to go back to the Southpoint store in Fredericksburg two additional times because my car was shaking after hitting 50mph I then took it to the store off Carl D silver parkway due to it still shaking and they informed me that the value stem kits that I paid $11.00 each for at the Southpoint store well apparently they forgot to install them so I got ripped off $44.00 plus tax not to mention that every time my tires were balanced they were off. The first time I had bought tires from NTB for my car I had no problems my front end was inspected by NTB to see if there was any reason for the shaking and nothing was found other than they said my caliper was sticking on one tire because I spent an additional $500 on rotors and breaks that wasn't needed the day before I went to the Carl D silver parkway store the tar looking stuff that is used to put on the stick on weights was never removed and they also had to remove a oz of weights after they got installed so while they were paid for the four times I was there I on the other hand was not obviously I have spent over a month trying to have my tires balanced it's really sad my husband only had to go to Walmart once to get his (Goodyear tires for $200.00 cheaper) done and everything was great on the other ( I paid $200.00 for a off brand) and have had nothing but a headache and a huge inconvenience and waste of time from NTB

  Aron was an excellent service writer/front counter representative with “old school customer service values and common sense” and has EXCELLENT interpersonal customer Service skills that were beyond most places now a days. We will return to this location because we were treated well by everyone.

  Good service here. Dave and Aaron are great! They will take care of you. Techs are great. Garage is good. Prices are fair and among the best I've seen. (That's why I'm here, then found out the service is 5star as well.)

  This location in Central Park is on the ball! Great service and on time. Got my tires there and get my rotations done there. I usually coordinate with Aaron who has gone above and beyond to help with our needs. So nice in a time when good customer service is hard to come by. Many thanks!

  I have gone to this location on and off for a few years and never have had any issues. They are not the closest or most convenient location to me, but I still tend to visit them most because of how pleased I am every time. I showed up twenty minutes early today and they started immediately on my car and I was surprised just how quickly they managed to put on new tires, do an alignment, and change my oil.
