  Received excellent service from Adre and Alexis. They were knowledgeable and kind in providing me with guidance during my oil change. I will definitely come back to see them. Great job to my technician Xavier for my rotation and oil change.

  The customer service at this location is fantastic! I made a last-minute appointment after blowing a tire on my way to work. They were quick and efficient and provided me with excellent service at a fair price! Would recommend this location to anyone in the area

  The personnel that work at this location always do an exceptional job and are always professional and kind. I have been here many times and I love the service they provide whether it's tire installation or rotation.

  Always come here for tires and they never pressure me into additional repairs, only recommend what they see coming up and that’s what I love. They get you in and out the door, they’re always nice and they beat everyone’s prices.

  There’s only a few places left in Fredericksburg with that signature small town charm and this NTB location is one of them. Alexis and Jim are incredibly nice and answered every one of my questions. The location is great, the show room is incredibly clean, and overall this NTB truly is a great place to do business. If you’re in Fredericksburg and need quick car help involving batteries and tires I highly encourage you to stop by even if it’s just for a quick diagnostic. This location will work with you to find the best solution. Like I said I was truly struck by the nature of the management of this NTB and I highly encourage any one in the area to stop by. Jim and Alexis will get you right.
