- WWwilliam wardJan 3, 20264.0Brought my wife's truck here for an alignment after the inner and outer tie rod ends were damaged at good year and replaced. The pictures below are what the truck looked like after the alignment was performed. The tie rod end was tightened so tight that the grease cup came out of its groove. A cotter key cannot be properly installed The tie rod end was not even held properly at 90 degrees to ensure it holds a proper alignment. I was originally a 1 star, because I had not spoken to anyone at the place yet, but after speaking to them I have adjusted my review to 4 stars. It would be 5 except for the inconvenience of haveing to go back down to them to fix my truck. The workers were very respectful and corrected the issue, and the manager was very nice and professional. I will continue to use this buisiness for my tires and alignments.
