- JHJustin HutchesonNov 12, 20253.0My experience in the store was great. I came in dropped the car they called me early the next morning letting me know the work had been done. The call center is a whole other story. I called in later to add an oil change, I repeated no less than three times that the vehicle was already at the service center. She continued to say " so just drop it off at the location" I continued to say it was there and had already had some work done. I didn't have high hopes anything was going to go right from that point on and I was right. The store never got the appointment to do the oil change so now I am doing it in my driveway. So the actual employees in the store were great and helpful, the call center was a horrible experience and would be the reason I dont come back.
