  Prices on tires are fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. However their customer service records and processes are infuriating. I bought tires from them in 2020 with an included lifetime warranty. When my tire was punctured, I went to them for a patch. Unfortunately they had no records of my purchase and adamently explained to me that they have never carried the brand of tires that were on my vehicle. I assumed I was mistaken and paid for the patch. When I returned home, I checked my receipts and found that I had indeed bought the tires there. When I confirmed with my Mr Tire associate. He apologized, said that they had updated their system a few years ago and they lost previous records before 2021. He said he could initiate a refund but I'd may have to wait a week or two to see if corporate will process it. Usually confirmation of warranty needs to happen at the time of purchase, he said. This whole process is silly to me and frankly very cheap. I have no other complaints about my experience. Staff was awesome. Prices are very competitive. Still a great place to shop for tires. Just make sure you don't have to access corporate records and I guess don't take everything they say as true without verifying.

  Mr. Tire is amazing, no matter the issue. Even if they have to send you somewhere else for the fix to be handled. They’re all professional and very helpful but Cameron is always on top of his game!

  I brought 4 tires in to have mounted and balanced- was the only customer in the store at the time and took over 2 hours for them to mount and balance them, was told 2 employees were working together on it, I have previous shop experience and the amount of time it took them to simply mount and balance 4 tires is insane, need some better experienced employees and after the fact of that I now have to replace a lug nut and a wheel stud as they broke one off of brand new wheel spacers I had just installed- will not use this place again!

  I like Mr. Tire, especially because you have nice people that will explain things. The prices are so high, it always leaves me broke every time I come there. My friends want me to go somewhere else. I got a new starter for over $700. I've been there many times. There should be some type of discount for regular customers.
