  (Long review) This Goodyear seems to have more motivation to upsale customers through predatory sales tactics than any other mechanic I've been to. To begin with prior to my own experience my girlfriend had gone there for an oil change/tire rotation where they waited 20 minutes after we left to try and upscale her on services she didn't need. Despite this I took my vehicle there for the same thing due to convenience. Again they called later and this time try to upsale me to doing a tie rod replacement (front inner and outer) along with a brake service saying the tie rods and brakes would fail inspection. When I declined due to the price (around $1100) the guy on the phone began saying "I'm not trying to sell you on anything but the tie rods are so bad they could give out at any time, you could flip your car and maybe cause the death of someone else or even yourself". After hearing this something felt off, so I called another mechanic who quoted me a much lower price then called Goodyear back and told them just complete the oil change and I will take it back to get it done somewhere cheaper. After the mechanic looked it over they determined the tie rods were in good enough shape to last for quite some time with regular driving and that the brake pads weren't that bad just the rotors need replaced. They also took it to another mechanic to get another set of eyes on it where it passed a state inspection no problem (after the brakes/rotors were replaced) saving me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work. If you use this Goodyear proceed with extreme caution with any addition repairs.
