  Would not recommend. The sales associate lied so much, he couldn't keep up with his story. He even told me he didn't work there when I brought the vehicle in a month prior which was a total lie as I recognized him. He quoted me a price to get a leak fixed of over $1,000 and then told me when I was there the second time that there was no leak. He lied on one of the two occasions. He is definitely bad for their business. I still wonder if all of the work I was charged for was even done.

  Joel and Robert are so kind! I truly appreciated the help and for them looking out for me ! My car needed spark plugs, and a desperate oil change and got all my tires changed and an alignment and a sensor change they were kind in assisting me as I’m a nursing student and rely on my car! I felt such a HUGE difference in my car! They really do care! They even fit in my mom’s car last minute. Will deff be back here :)

  I got my tires done here, and they did a good job with that. I would give them a 4.5/5 with tires. Only because they didn't replace the stem caps, and I had a damaged cap. On the other hand, I got an oil change, and it didn't go well. First, the oil was too low, causing my oil level light to come on. Then I took it back, and they overfilled it with a mess for me to clean up. It's upsetting to know this shop struggled with a simple task of an oil change. I will add photos of how much I had to drain out, and others to verify my claim. The last photo is me finishing the fix and showing the correct level for their oil techs. I would give the oil change a 2/5.

  To whom it may concern: I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received at the Goodyear location on September 6th 2025. I have been a loyal customer for five years and have consistently brought my vehicles to this location for maintenance and inspections. My records will confirm my history with this specific shop. On my recent visit, I came in for a vehicle inspection. The service representative, Rob, treated me with an unacceptable lack of professionalism and a rude attitude. Despite my willingness to wait until 3:00 PM as he requested, he approached me with hostility after checking my car. He became rude, challenged me to "do something about it," and told me that I could leave and was no longer welcome there. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely inappropriate. As a long-standing customer, I was shocked and offended by the treatment I received. The lack of respect and the aggressive demeanor displayed by this employee do not align with the standards I would expect from a reputable company like Goodyear. I believe this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately. An employee who treats customers this way not only damages the company's reputation but also creates a hostile environment. I will no longer be a customer at this location due to this experience. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I am also in current conversation with Virginia state trooper to hold the location accountable based on state inspection compliance and hopefully Rob can be educated on what is reasonable protocol. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
