  Bring your vehicle here. Just do it. They have got to be the friendliest most informative honest place I've ever done business with. They aren't trying to get money out of you just ensure you're taken care of. The pricing is fair and the work is solid. But no joke they are just lovely people, I wanted to stay and hang out with them for the day haha. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

  My wife and I have been bringing our 3 vehicles there since we move to Fredericksburg in 2023. They’ve been looking after our 2020 F150, 2017 F150 and our 1994 Bronco. We’ve been treated like family. Never tried to upscale any repairs given details with pictures. The owners, staff, and mechanics are honest, they do great work and the price has always been honest and true. We are sad to say we are moving out of state to spend time with our elderly parents and spend time with them as much as we can. We hope and pray we can find the same local business with the same ethics, values, and honesty like we have at Ferbers. Our friendship and business isn’t over, we will revisit at a later date. But for now I’ve need to be with the ones who raised us and taught us how to be the people we are today. We’ll be back before we leave with the Bronco to finish up some last minute items as we turn it into our daily driver in Montana. Again thank you once owners, the staff, and mechanics for your honest hart work, and treating us like family. Tim

  This auto service was amazing ! They have the best customer service and the pricing is very reasonable .I had to get my coolant hose replaced and they explained everything to me .The hose was replaced faster than expected as well. If you’re in the Fredericksburg area I highly recommend them. Kaitlyn is amazing and very patient .

  Had my breaks and rotors done here and this is hands down one of the best places I’ve had work done on my SUV. The customer service was a 10/10. Kaitlyn who works at the front desk was very sweet and very very pleasant. Would def come here again to get work done on my car

  I really love taking my car to Ferber's when there's work that's need to done on my car. I work with a gentleman name Stan who is top notch! He really treats your car like it's his and their prices are very reasonable for the time and work they dedicate to your vehicle. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price!
