I have a 2016 Range Rover Sport and it did take a little over 3 weeks for them to figure out what was wrong. That was frustrating for both myself and Ferber’s. In the meantime they provided me with a free loaner. They were very transparent and even took me into the shop to show me where the issues were. Car is running great now and I would highly recommend them. Ask for Stan and he will get you taken care of.

Got there at the scheduled time, was done before the scheduled end time. The shop suggested several things to keep my car in working order, but it they were not in my plans or budget for the day, so I declined them...there was no pressure tactics. Will gladly suggest them to anyone needing a repair shop or place to get an inspection!

I must say, Kaitlyn is one of the most charming people I have had the pleasure of talking to when doing business. She is very attentive to each customers needs(When I first came in I saw her sit next to an elderly lady so the lady could sit and be comfortable instead of having her stand for a while by the desk, and she showed plenty of patience with her) and she is great at articulating herself in person and over the phone, and her tone is warm with each interaction! Even though this shop is a bit out of the way for me, if I need my tires changed again, I will be coming back here ♡ I hope managenent recognizes how amazing she is!
