I believe that is in violation of state law and is also a huge inconvenience as I drove all the way to them to get my inspection done. Below is the law in VA as I believe it to be true. Another business where customer service is an option. Stations must be open at least eight hours each normal business day (8 a.m.–6 p.m.). • Part-time stations may operate with written approval for a minimum of 20 hours per week and must post their hours publicly. • At least one full-time inspector and one inspection lane must be available during normal hours. • Stations may take vehicles first-come or by appointment at their discretion.

Ivan was wonderful and they clearly care about the quality of their work. They were able to clean up and repair as much as possible a botch job from my previous service at a Jiffy Lube, and the Women’s Wednesday discount was a convenient timing for my drop in. The gentlemen were all super attentive to my vehicle needs but were able to get it all done quickly without feeling rushed. I don’t live near here but will go out of my way to bring my vehicle here again and trust the services provided.
