Staff are border rude and short, you see them giggling and laughing among each other in front of customers, tou would think they are laughing at you... one kept pushing me to buy their insurance trying to underestimate my own insurance... and kept insisting on asking why am I renting for only one day and where am I going. I had to politely tell him non of his business...

Then the cars seemed like they weren't be properly maintain. I was swapping vehicles 3 times on every contract. I was advised by a manager the corporate sent an email saying I wasn't allowed to swap because I'm doing it to much. I do belive YOUR contract says I am allowed to swap 3 vehicles. This same manager is the same person that told me I should take my business to the competition across the street to Avis/Budget and that they were not worried about the safety of myself or my family BUT THE INVENTOR OF THE ENTERPRISE LOT!?! I even sent an email to the CEO about this man and their cars....still to this day no response.
