  You get what you get with this enterprise location. Had insurance cover a rental car for me recently and asked for their largest vehicle available. They put me (6'5" male) in a small Mazda CX-30 with tobacco smell. Only cars apparently available had the smell. Called back multiple times throughout the two weeks I had the car and was told it could not be switched out. When I returned it I was given a 25% discount on a future rental. Will still try a different agency if available next time though.

  I was rear-ended and the other driver's insurance company provided me with a rental car while mine was being repaired at Caliber Collision. Enterprise has shuttles going from Caliber Collision, making transport when you drop off your vehicle very convenient. Staff were very friendly when I arrived to pick up my rental and I had no troubles. They require a $100 security deposit to be refunded when the rental is returned. It was cold outside and they let me stand inside while they were moving the rental up to the front for me to just get in, no need to walk. I got a very nice, clean car that I really enjoyed driving. It had the manual within the glove box as well. When it was time to drop off my rental, I was able to bring it to Caliber Collision and Enterprise sent out someone to come pick it up. I had no issues after it was picked up and my security deposit was returned. While I can't say how they treat customers who pay themselves to rent a vehicle, I found my experience to be extremely nice.

  I wanted to say my experience with Tay was great! Very professional and can hold a conversation. He was very helpful as I had such a headache with my personal truck which was sent to the shop for repairs. I appreciate the great customer service and am thankful for employees like him. I am a frequent flyer of Enterprise and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Thank you!

  Absolutely terrible availability and customer service at this location. They missed a scheduled pickup for a rental vehicle and passed the buck to another location. After that, when that vehicle broke down and I was told by Enterprise roadside to pick up a new one there, they once again refused to help me and passed the responsibility with no effort to actually do their jobs. If you can go to any other location, I HIGHLY suggest doing so. Every single interaction with this branch has been a frustrating and stressful experience.

  I reserved a 4x4 truck four days in advance for a mountain trip, and even completed the pre-check in process the day before. When I arrived they had no truck and tried to give me a midsize SUV which is useless in the snow and ice conditions we were headed into. The staff was unapologetic and offered little solutions. I felt like this was a classic “bait and switch”. I contacted Enterprise HQ and they promised to follow up with an alternative. Here I am, 6 days later, and have yet to hear back from them. To have me “check-in” for a non-existent vehicle is a blatant lack of respect for their customer’s time. They turned a planned vacation into a giant headache. Avoid this company and location if you actually need the vehicle class you book. Definitely will use Turo for my next car rental.
