- SSShorty2 days ago1.0Theres a large sign saying they don't allow smoking in thier rentals. Yet when I got mine the first time I turned on the air the cabin was flooded with the smell of cigarettes. It was a very nasty surprise especially for someone that gave up smoking and cannot stand the smell of it anymore. So please be wary as to the cleanliness of the cars from here. I even sent an email asking if this was a common problem and if anything could be done and never got a response either. So customer service doesnt seem to be paramount here either. Just grateful to have my own smoke free car back.

They also kept up with the contract, When it came time to turn the vehicle in, they notified me a day ahead so I could turn the vehicle in on time. They also went out of their way to check and see how everything was going one day just giving me a call to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service a lot of businesses have lost that somewhere along the way and it means a great deal.

For my next rental, there are three things I would appreciate being handled differently: 1. Fuel Level: I would like the vehicle to have a full tank of gas upon pickup. 2. Cell Phone Holder Compatibility: I noticed that my cell phone holder would not fit inside the Genesis vehicle, a detail I pointed out to Jason. I would appreciate having a vehicle that can accommodate standard car phone mounts, similar to the model I use. Suggestion: I think it would be great if Enterprise would have Cell Phone holders available to rent along with the vehicle. 3. Auto Start/Stop Function: I would like the customer service representative to show me how to permanently disable the Auto Start/Stop function on the vehicle during the pickup process. I look forward to a seamless experience with my next rental.
