I left and went to the one at Emancipation Hy. She got it done with absolutely no problem.

We made it to your location and was told that you don't install batteries. Across the street was a Auto Zone. We took our business their and got a battery with 4 years warranty. $247.00 + tax. If your employees don't know how to install they should not lie, when you have a large red sign outside posted that you do install. Thank you for not providing service as it is clearly advertised.

First, efficiency, knowledge, customer service, and consistency have been great, the product I’ve needed was there like they said. On a business note, I work retail and can usually get a feel for how things operate and being in the industry you just notice things. I’ve seen them slammed and the team worked together really well. I saw what seemed to be the manager on duty (tall skinny guy?) cranking it out alongside his crew which is refreshing to see. Only downfall: the system seems archaic but that’s not the staff’s fault so I am still giving 5stars.
