  The best experience I’ve had with auto repair. They provide thorough information and fair prices. The communication is excellent. Car repairs are usually stressful but with all the thorough info and great communication they provide it is so much easier with Crown Auto. Highly recommended!

  Jessie and his team did a wonderful job on my older vehicle. I had a problem with rodents chewing on wires in the engine.Now it's back in running order again! Great communication with JC in the office!

  They took my car in with no problem. Squeezed working on my car in between bigger projects they had going on. Fixed my car and I had it back in two days! Polite, caring people. Explained everything I needed to know about my car issues! I will be a returning customer whenever I need auto repairs! Thank you so much!

  They are a wonderful company, after a misunderstanding on price they ended up letting us get the truck back for free. Would definitely reccomended them to anyone with fast responses and quick turn around for the installation. It was a thing they didnt have to do but I respect them much for doing so and couldn't be more greatful after having struggles with a problem on that truck and spending more money to never fixing a problem that has been occuring.

  Jesse and team did right by me, navigating and balancing the identification of mechanical issues with the cost of parts and labor to achieve solutions. Jesse provided sound expertise and highlighted areas of prioritization and communicated throughout the process, providing regular updates. I also appreciated and valued the feedback mechanisms they have in place to provide not only pictures, but over-the-shoulder mechanic video to provide customer with direct visualization of problem areas. Would recommend Jesse and the entire Crown Auto Repair team for any of your vehicular inspection, maintenance, or repair needs. Finding trusted experts these days who are people of character, integrity, honesty and who treat their customers with professionalism and respect are hard to come by. Jesse and his team are first-rate professionals who will not release your vehicle until they are sure they have addressed all items to their satisfaction and if unable to identify all issues, will provide sound guidance and recommendation on how to proceed ahead as if it were their vehicle and their expenses on the line.
