- JMJacob Moore3 days ago1.0The gentleman who was working 4-10-26 on opening shift was super dismissive and lazy. I had an online order. for some reason it was not showing in his system, so I asked him if he has a way to search the order number or refresh his system so I can get my part. he said super dismissively and in a smart ass tone that whatever shows up on his computer is what he has, so I asked for guidance on what to do and he just Dismissed me and didn’t want to help. saying his is busy, like I understand if you’re busy but don’t be disrespectful and dismissive to a customer who is asking for help for a order that has been payed for. He was also very slow to respond to me and acted like I wasn’t there. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this store and the employees being disrespectful and dismissive to customers, store owner needs to do some firing and hiring. Or some training on how to be polite and respectful. If your readying this review good luck hope is a better experience for you. I cancelled my order and went to autozone where I had a great experience and the employee are helpful and in a good mood.

Anytime I come with my parents they get everything right but when I show up I’m by myself they aren’t able to do certain things to my car which is weird because my parents have already gotten this done from here before ? I also came up there to get a new light bulb the lady told me the bulb number for my car went home it was the wrong one. Then I went back she told me I couldn’t return the bulb had to buy a new one even tho she was the one that screwed me over? Bad location would t recommend they need new employees asap.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
