I have bought 2 cars from this place. the first car was Dec 2024 and a year later the car turned out to be a lemon and i cant afford to get it fixed and had to voluntary repo the car. I called them because i needed a car to get to work and it was suggested to voluntary repo my other car i bought. this ultimately will be screwing me for the next 7 years. before this though i was told "buy a new car from us first before doing this". So i bought a new car. The car within the 7 day grace period had issues with the heat not blowing. i called and asked about getting it looked at. The manager of this location is unfriendly and not helpful. i was told take it to the shop. well i then said i shouldnt have to pay for this which he said you wont its ok. i told him id need a loaner car while this is happening. i was told "the manager says we cannot do that for you." they told me to just take it and that it shouldnt take that much time. Well... as we all have jobs here i dont have the time to just take off for this stuff. regardless i said ok well ill just return the car to you guys and do business elsewhere. well thats when it was well i guess if you need a loaner car we will help you out. Ended up being i took the car to the shop to get looked at on a saturday after getting a babysitter to watch my 2 year old. i didnt need a loaner and the car was fine. Anyway, i bought this car January 28 2026 i chose the option of having them get my license plates taken care of and that it would be mailed to me. this did not happen... the manager or whoever did not process this and my temporary tags were to expire 2/27/2026. i called a couple weeks ago and was told this is a process its being taken care of. i called earlier this week and was told this was taken care of. well i called back and said i will need an extension on my temporary tags. i was told you need to go to the dmv the manager said there is a hold on your account. i called the local tax dept. they said there was nothing i owed from them. i called the DMV and they said there was no hold and that they did not ever process the plates and that on Feb 19th a title was switched from FL to VA for the car and that was it. also that they entered the wrong VIN number but they fixed it for them. I went back to the fredericksburg va location yesterday to ask for the temporary tags extension where TJ the "manager" said you need to go to the DMV i cant give you new temporary tags you have a hold with the dmv. i said no the dmv said you guys never entered the request for my tags. he said well last week on the 19th we put the information in for the title. i said yes not the tags and regardless that gives less than a week for these to be mailed to be if this was done properly. This man is very defensive and does not listen. i had to take time off work to deal with this crap because he couldnt do his job. I went to the dmv and got the tags. i brought the receipt back to them for my " reimbursement" i was told its probably around $39 well actually it was $51. he said he would enter my reimbursement and i would get it in the mail. who knows if he can figure out how to do that. Regardless... this company is completely unprofessional. "TJ the manager" is difficult and if you see hes still the manager just go to a different location. on a positive note my sales guy pete was absolutely wonderful and he is the only helpful person at that place and maybe he should be a manager instead. im sure my favorite manager will respond to this post but i do not care and have nothing to hide!

Went in just "looking" at options, I was not expecting to leave with anything. However, Courtney was able to find me the perfect car! All the stars aligned and I left with a dependable, working vehicle. Courtney reached out and brought me in, she was professional and not pushy which was great it made my car buying experience easy and stress free! Thanks so much!

had a very frustrating and expensive experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Fredericksburg, VA after purchasing a 2024 Ram 2500. Almost immediately after bringing the truck home, it developed a check engine light related to frequent DPF regeneration. I contacted Enterprise and was advised to take it to a Ram dealership for diagnosis. Ram inspected the truck and told me the issue was caused by a part that had been installed on the vehicle—a part that was already on the truck when it was sold to me. The Ram dealership contacted the Enterprise warranty company directly and was told the repair would not be covered because it was considered a “maintenance item.” This is despite the fact that Enterprise sold me the truck claiming it had been inspected and checked by a certified ASE mechanic. The problematic part was already on the vehicle at the time of sale and caused the issue almost immediately after purchase. Because of this, I was without my truck when I needed it most—during a snowstorm—which made the situation even more frustrating and disruptive. I then contacted the branch manager at the Fredericksburg location. He told me he would be in contact with me, but it has now been 2–3 days with no call back and no follow-up. So now I’m stuck with a truck that clearly had a pre-existing issue, a warranty that won’t cover it, and a dealership that isn’t returning calls after taking over $10,000 down from me. If I try to get out of this truck, I take a massive financial loss—even though this problem showed up right away and wasn’t caused by anything I did. I expected better quality control, better transparency, and better customer support from a company as large as Enterprise. Instead, I got a vehicle with an immediate mechanical issue and no real accountability for fixing it. If you’re considering buying from Enterprise Car Sales in Fredericksburg, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before you buy and being very cautious about relying on their “certified” inspection and warranty assurances. The only positive experience was with the salesman who facilitated the transfer of the truck from NC to VA.
