Sheehy GMC service have a staff that is very kind, empathetic, and truly committed to help their customers (for those who don’t know; that is very rare to find in any service department at any dealer). Amber was able to give me a quick and accurate quote on the installation of a new passenger window after a Semi sideswiped me on I-95. After I spoke with Amber, Uraina called me with an update and after talking with the help of Matt they were able to schedule me to come in to install a new side mirror in ONLY 3 days after it happened. I can honestly say that this service department is one of the better I have seen. I am extremely impressed and thankful for them. For those of you that read the reviews I hope you see this one and give Sheehy GMC of Fredericksburg Service a chance. I did and the way they treated me is the reason I will keep coming back! Ask for Amber or Uraina, you won’t be disappointed!
