  We were driving home from Florida when our tire blew out on Route 58—such a scary experience! Thankfully, we made it to Bobby’s Tire, and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, quick, and had a new tire on our car in less than an hour. We’re so grateful for their help and getting us safely back on the road. Highly recommend!

  This place use to be great, when it was Bobbys. Haven't been here in a few years because we had no reason to come. Brought my sons truck in to get an alignment and with a scheduled appointment it took 2.5 hours. Ok, I understand sometimes things get behind. Will has always been a great guy to work with and just a nice guy overall. He is the only reason we came back up. After an alignment we were told we needed a castor camber kit since we had done our own suspension lift, to fix the alignment. Was told it was ordered and had an appointment date and time scheduled. I even called the day before to confirm all parts were in and appointment was still good to go. The answer was yes all good. Was told to drop truck off either the night before or morning of. They opened up at 8 am, we dropped the truck off with keys in the box at 7:45am. I called at 10 30 to check on the truck and they didnt even know it was there. How?? You even told me to drop it off ahead. How do you not look at your schedule and see oh I have this customer at this time, let me see if the truck is here?! I even called and confirmed the appointment the day before. After many apologies I was told they were behind, not enough technicians and they were going to get started on it and call me in a few hours. I called back at 1 45 and was told they were pulling it into the shop. Ok, ill wait. Called back after 4pm and another excuse, could they please have it overnight, they hadn't even started on it!!!! Look, I would have gladly rescheduled my appointment if they were backed up, but they confirmed it was ok. So ok, ill leave it overnight being promised it will be ready by lunchtime. I get the go ahead that I can come pick it up at around 1pm. After waiting 15 minutes to checkout we get the keys to leave. Looked at the truck in the parking lot and tires were not aligned. Highly disappointed because I have given them time and time again to correct this. My time is no less important than theirs and vice versa. Came back in and had Will come look at it. He finally said they may have ordered the wrong camber kit because there are several dimensions. Ok, so another will be ordered in different dimensions to get installed next week. My husband checked it once he got home and guess what, no castor camber kit had even been installed?!!! I was lied to face to face with someone who I trusted and thought had the utmost care for the customers he came in contact with. After a day and a half with a scheduled appointment and a original weeks time to get the parts in and they didnt even do any work. Unbelievable. I have never been so disappointed in my life that I trusted someone who I thought had our best interest but just lied right to me. Right to my face. I could have rescheduled the appointment for a more convenient time for their schedule. Instead I was apologized to over and over. Apologies are nice but they don't correct the problem if you have to continue to say sorry. So upset and disappointed. I would never recommend this place.

  If you didn't know, Bobby's was bought out by Discount Tire. I did not know this or I would have never came here to begin with. Anyways, I came in for an 8 A.M appointment to have my TPMS serviced and tires balanced. At most, this should be an hour job or 1.5 to be conservative. To begin, it took them close to 5 hours. Ruined my entire day. Second, they said all my TPMS batteries were dead, which is likely crap because they were replaced 2 years ago. They have a 5-7 year life. I can see one going bad but all of them... Highly unlikely. I asked for the old ones back so I can take to another shop to confirm. Then they tried to align my truck after all this... You don't need an alignment after balancing. The alignment would have cost $140 which is double the cost of what I paid less than a year ago at a private shop. To top it off, my TPMS light came back on a few hours after leaving. I would take my truck to Walmart before I take it here again. Stay away to save your self some money and most importantly your time.

  Bobby’s took care of my vehicle. I got some new shoes for it and the alignment and oil change was a plus. The fact that it was done when they said it would be means a lot when you are on a tight schedule. I highly recommend them.
