- KKKidaneki16Dec 23, 20251.0I want to be fair in this review. The customer service was good, and the manager which is his name is JJ was polite and tried to help, which I appreciate. However, my car was cracked during the car wash. The damage was not there before the wash. I reported it immediately and showed photos. I was told “we will call you”, but no one ever called me back. What disappointed me most was the lack of honest responsibility and follow-up. There was no clear answer and no action taken to fix the damage. I appreciate the staff’s attitude, but damaging a customer’s vehicle and then failing to take responsibility or follow up is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this car wash.

Still had soap on my vehicle when I exited. Went through a second time and pretty much the same thing. Not sure what's going on but disappointed in today's experience.

- CCCrystalOct 22, 20251.0This was my first and last trip to this car wash. I looked around for signage about what a gold or silver wash were. Nothing. I used my credit card and selected gold. Then an aggressive, devaluing and condescending man appeared with an iPad and told me he wanted me to swipe my card in the iPad. I told him I already paid. He said I needed to put it in the iPad. I asked for a receipt as I thought I may have just paid twice and no receipt came out of the machine. He got upset and said, I have to go into the building to get that! I said I wanted it. He was rude! My car was literally just as dirty on the hood and trunk when it came out. I called him since he said they were “His Employees”. He started blaming my car for the wash not cleaning my car over and over and making devaluing comments. He ran me through again because I saw signage that said they would do that and I said I wanted that. Again arrogant and devaluing. No apology, no accountability, nothing. My car didn’t have hard to clean stains like tree sap, just road dirt. So rude. A girl at the wash gave me the evil eye and mumbled at me until I could no longer see her. Why are people in business if they are so narcissistic and rude that they can’t be decent? I told him I wouldn’t be back and that I knew what he was. The car wasn’t clean and the people were extremely rude! A man helped me at the vacuum and he said I hope you didn’t pay for a gold and I said I had. He saw how dirty my car was after going through. I Won’t be back! Waste of 24.00.
