They didn’t call and when I called the woman asked if I had a Honda civic. And I corrected her. I asked if it had passed inspection and she said well it’s done. And I said but did it pass and she said, “if he didn’t call you then it’s done.” When we got there the customer service at the front desk was extremely rude. The woman was over the top friendly to the customer in front of me and then when my husband and I went to the counter to pay she told us the cost and then when I said thank you she simply grunted and handed us the receipt. Definitely lost my future business.
