Prioritizing service because I was already late for work. They even had a nice waiting area that had a space for me to get started with work on my laptop. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I am new to the area and wasn’t sure where to start. You’ve got a customer for as long as I live in the valley.

- MWMo WgliOct 11, 20251.0DO NOT GO AROUND THEIR LUNCH BREAK Even though I have a very busy day I decided to get a "quick" state inspection. The front office service was very slow, though very few customers were in the store. When I finally got the state inspection, it took almost an hour from the time I rejected the state inspection to the time I could finally get my car back (a little over 2 hours in store total (that I did not have)). It took me walking back to the garage and ask one of the mechanics standing around that the inspector just needed to sign the paperwork but had gone to lunch before hand and NO ONE HAD INFORMED ME(I do appreciate him for telling me and telling me he will figure out what is going on for me) After I asked the guy in the front (when he finally showed back up) why it was taking so long, to which he answered they only had one inspector (partially true), I noticed they closed all of the front garage doors. if the inspector is going to go to lunch before finishing the job they are in the middle in the shop should inform the customer ASAP or better yet warn customers that come in around that time beforehand that it may take a lot longer than usual/expected because they will go on their lunch break in the midst of it
