  Set an appointment for 10 am. I was there in time. Tire rotation and balance. Car not done til shortly after 12 noon. Excuse for slow service: they got slammed. Unclear how that disrupts an appointment that was scheduled.

  tire shop around. Not as in bad service but as in crooks. I brought a brand new set of wheels and tires I had purchased online to get mounted and balanced. Since I didn't buy it from them I didn't get the $25 mount and balance that everybody else in town charges regardless of where they purchased them. They told me it was going to be $69 per wheel in the total came out to $349. I'm not the best at math, but considering I was taking my factory wheels and tires with me there was nothing to dispose and shouldn't have been any additional fee. On top of that I went to eavers in stuarts draft and had an amazing experience. i was charged $150 and they even stayed late to help me. I though these two places were family owned. Either way Don't come here if you like the money in your account. Go to Eavers in draft. If you feel like donating more than you should then come on down to eavers in fishersville! Oh yea I even let them know I was a combat veteran...... No difference!

  I dropped off my car on Friday at 1pm for an appointment for an estimate on brakes a tick and a blendoor actuator. We never received a call that night so we called back Saturday to be told “So many people called out, they’ll get to it before the day was over.” After closing time I realized they still hadn’t called. So we were stuck without a car all day Sunday aswell. I call in first thing Monday morning to see how long this would take. The guy says they’re actually going to get to it that day. 2 hours later I call back to see if they’ve started. The manager Denny answered and proceeded to lie. Stating “I told your wife on Saturday they had started it!” After I told him that’s not what was ever said on the phone; that we’d like to atleast know they were keeping the car overnight. He proceeded to rudely answer any and all questions with “Come get your car” instead of just giving me a timeframe on how long an ESTIMATE would take after 3 days of them having it. I hang up and contact corporate, within hours they’re magically calling to tell us the car has no problems to come get it. I don’t believe they ever looked at it. We will just to take it to a different dealer approved mechanic for a different opinion. If it takes 3 days and this much bs for them to work up an estimate, I don’t think I’d give them the time to work on anything! Edit: I tried reaching out to corporate already and all I got was told to come get my car, I’m not wasting anymore time contacting liars! Also the next shop confirmed not only it WAS the blendoor, it also had a rod knock that I was told “that noise is nothing!” if they’re too clueless to diagnose rod knock; definitely go elsewhere before you’re paying them to also buy a motor from a different shop! I would give Denny/eavers in fishersville a 0/5 if at all possible!
