A Genesis, while nice, doesn't inspire the same confidence when driving through a snow storm as a BMW or Audi but that's an Enterprise fleet issue and not on the staff or location. The branch was packed (Monday, opening - to be expected) but the only employee working was professional and processed each person cheerfully and quickly. I experienced the same professionalism and cheerfulness from the entire staff once I returned the car the next day. The Genesis handled icy roads better than expected but I'd stick with a premium or standard rental next time.
