The same issue exists at the Leesburg Pike location—two out of four chargers have been down for months, leading to long lines. At the Charles St location in Baltimore, one of the two chargers has also been broken for months. It really feels like this company doesn't care about its customers. It can’t be a coincidence that three different sites all have most of their chargers out of service
