  I would give Enterprise 10 stars if the system allowed it! 5 for Enterprise and the state of the car/van, and another 5 for Akilah Tucker, the Enterprise representative who was just stellar, from the courtesy call 24hrs ahead, to the check-in, and follow up once returned!

  Akilah T was extremely kind and helping, she made sure we had the vehicle we wanted and assisted with making the process easy and smooth. We will be back to this location just because of Akilah's 5 star service. Thank You - Rich

  Check-in and check-out went smoothly, including a ride from Enterprise to a nearby location after the rental. Personnel were friendly and professional. The vehicle, itself, was in good working order and clean and tidy. We got the rental through Costco.

  I had an awful experience at this location despite being a Platinum tier renter. I arrived with a reservation for a standard-size vehicle. As per Enterprise policy, if the reserved vehicle class is unavailable at the time of rental, the customer should be upgraded at no additional cost. The clerk assisting me, Emily, informed me that only full-size vehicles were available, and I agreed to take one. However, she then told me that I needed to go into my app and change my reservation to a full-size vehicle because that was all they had. I explained that Enterprise’s policy is to provide a complimentary upgrade when the reserved class is unavailable. Emily was clearly aware of this policy, yet she insisted I change my reservation anyway, stating that “it’s a pride thing” and that since I was aware of the situation, I should make the change myself. I found this remark offensive and inappropriate. It made me feel as though I did not deserve a courtesy upgrade that is standard policy, particularly as a loyal Platinum customer. After this exchange, Emily’s demeanor noticeably changed, she appeared upset and displayed an attitude for the remainder of the interaction, despite the fact that I was correct about the policy. This interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable, and it significantly impacted what should have been a routine rental experience. As a frequent Enterprise customer, I found this treatment disturbing and disappointing.

  The staff is super friendly, and they usually upgrade your booking to a better one—in my case, it was the Wrangler.
