In year 2024 I had the car for in and off almost 4 months with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in McLean Virginia and Falls Church. After I switch to Hertz because I had better better prices and better benefits with the upgrade. Last rental was 7 weeks paid my GEICO military insurance one extra week I pay myself without getting any discounts completed insurance and 1750plus points was never used for extra balance to be paid. Now I'm stuck with a $ 571 balance I don't know why plus you never applied the snow emergency that I was not able to get the car out for my home pine Street of Old Dominion Drivein Virginia from my house. I paid extra one week and after I was not able to return the car because all the sides roads in McLean snow storm it was like a national emergency in the state of the Virginia and I want to get a small discount for the time of the snow storm. I didn't get any kind of credit also they never apply my points from last year to the this rental I want to have a discount and I call and there's no response.
