  Jason helped me out today! My car battery finally died with this arctic tundra, and he was able to quickly find the right battery and install it on the spot. He was also offering to help two other ladies who walked over from their dead car on the other side of the plaza. Very kind and great service.

  I had an outstanding experience at the AutoZone on Leesburg Pike thanks to Mr. Hutchinson. I came in hoping to find something that could help with a few scratches on my red Tahoe, and he went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Not only did he recommend the right products, he actually took the time to show me how to use them properly. The results were incredible — the scratches disappeared. What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about making sure customers leave confident and satisfied. If you need car care advice or help with anything cosmetic, ask for Mr. Hutchinson. He turned what could’ve been a frustrating problem into a quick, easy fix. Truly exceptional service.

  Outstanding service at AutoZone! Even though the store was extremely busy, Shah went above and beyond to help everyone quickly and professionally. He helped me choose the correct battery for my car, clearly explained the pricing and warranty, and then changed the battery on the spot despite the rush. He stayed calm, efficient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of customer service when a store is packed. Huge shoutout to Shah for making the experience smooth and stress free. This is exactly why I’ll keep coming back to AutoZone.
