  I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while, and this AutoZone is consistently my go-to for parts, but the service I received today was next level. ​Huge shout out to Paulina at the register. She was incredibly cheerful and jumped right into action when I told her I was having battery issues. She came out to diagnose it immediately, and once we saw it was the battery, she handled the warranty swap quickly and without any hassle. ​What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just stop there—she took the extra time to double-check my alternator to make sure it wasn't causing a draw on the battery. She also made sure I fully understood how the new warranty works before I left. ​It’s rare to find service that is both this fast and this thorough. If you need help, ask for Paulina!

  Yuvini is a life saver (thank you)! My coolant was super low and he helped me pick the right one. He also tested my battery and checked my tires to make sure I would be good for an upcoming trip.

  Very poor customer service. The employee I interacted with was disrespectful and didn’t seem interested in helping. I asked about an item and received an unhelpful response. This experience was frustrating.

  Recently came through with a dead battery and Roberto was amazing! Knowledgable, kind, helpful, and efficient. He tested my battery to confirm that was the issue, and changed it on site. Highly recommend!!

  On the final day of February, I realized my inspection sticker expiration was 02/2026 and remembered I needed to replace my rear windshield wiper. So I found my closest AutoZone with the hopes that they had the part I needed as well as would replace it for me. Yuvini was wonderful! He tried his best. Spent more time than he probably should’ve helping me. Ended up asking a colleague for assistance. Lo and behold, we found what we needed! Throughout the experience, there was laughing and joking. Both employees were super friendly and helpful!
