    An abhorrent and terrible establishment. I walked in and asked about a side mirror part for my Toyota RAV4, and the options that I would have to make sure that I got home safely. And this specific store attendant—who was already arguing with a previous customer mind you—told me that I was out of luck and there was nothing that he or anyone could do. When i repeated and asked him what my options were, he told me are u listening? And when I asked him to not talk to me like I was stupid. He kicked me out of the store. I literally had tears streaming down my face, and this man kicked me out of the store simply because I asked him not to talk to me like I was dumb. I don’t know what is wrong with this place but these people are terrible, all I asked for was options. Do not go here—literally ever. Additionally, after witnessing how the other employee treated the previous customer and myself, the other female attendee decided to make fun of the behavior that the other employee was demonstrating by smiling, joking, and waving around as though it was not unprofessional. Like I said, it is an absolutely terrible establishment. They have no professionalism in anyway.

    I had a really frustrating experience at this Advanced Auto Parts. I walked in and immediately noticed that no one greeted me. There were two employees at the register when I first came in, but one of them left, leaving only one person helping customers. I understand that sometimes a customer may take a little longer to help, and that’s fine. The problem was that the employee never acknowledged anyone else waiting. I stood there for over 10 minutes while a line started forming behind me. Not once did the employee say “I’ll be with you shortly,” or even make eye contact with the people waiting. It honestly felt like we were just invisible. A simple acknowledgment would have made a big difference and at least let customers know they were seen. Customer service basics like greeting people and communicating with those waiting should be standard in any store. Instead, everyone in line was left standing there confused about what was going on. After waiting that long with no acknowledgment, I eventually just left without buying anything. Really disappointing experience. I expected better customer service.
