  Lawrence was the perfect picture of what customer service should look like. Easy and quick to do business with. Arrived without appointment at 3:30 pm, with Lawrence's help, bought 4 new tires, had them installed and drove away by 5:30 pm. While waiting, walked next door to Panera Bread and had a great early dinner.

  I’ve been going here for about 3 years. My most recent visit, I was helped by Yasser who was very helpful and explained what was going on with my car in a thorough manner. I always appreciate the staff here. They provide a clear diagnosis and options to fix the problem, letting you decide how you want to proceed.

  From the moment I spoke to someone on the phone to schedule an appointment to when I drove away, my experience at NTB was excellent. Lawrence was super helpful, professional, and kind. He was very informative, took his time answering questions, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help. It's not often you find people like that at these kinds of places. I appreciate him very much and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

  I had a great experience at this car repair shop when I came in to get my tire patched. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. What really stood out was the customer service; Yasser was incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this place definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car care.

  Laurence and the team at NTB are a GODSEND! I made an appointment and called ahead and he was so nice and professional. They took a stressful situation and fixed it in no time even before my appointment time. I hope to not need them again but if I do I’m coming right here. thank you so much
