I was told it was many many hours job and would be requiring removal and installation of dashboard. Went to another mechanic and it was done in 2 minutes at no cost

Fortunately, another mechanic who did a transmission flush and fill caught their error. I spoke with John over the phone. He apologized, but did not offer compensation for their error. Very disappointed to see a shop which I used to deem so reliable, clearly does not take full responsibility for their actions.

Only 3 bays being used to change oil seems to be inefficiently ran with long lines. Backing out of the bay after an oil change wasn't too much fun either. I think I'll try another location!!

I really appreciated how Mary explained everything to me and being a young woman myself, usually these type of interactions make me nervous because I don't know too much about cars. They were all very quick and efficient, no complaints whatsoever.
