During my visit, a new employee who appeared to be in training overfilled my engine. It was clear during the service that he was unfamiliar with the process, as another staff member had to provide constant instructions on codes, cues, and basic procedures. Despite this error, the management at this location, specifically Shajib, has refused to take accountability for the mistake. Instead, I have been told that I must pay out of pocket to correct the damage caused by your staff. Furthermore, when I requested the corporate office contact information and the last names of the employees involved to file a formal report, my request was denied. I am seeking a resolution that involves Valovline , e.g., a refund or coverage for damages to rectify this unfair situation. Please provide the necessary information to proceed with a formal complaint.
- PPPFeb 24, 20265.0I came needing a quick oil change and ended up speaking with Rob. Rob assisted me and actually helped with a few other issues when it came to my vehicle. Listen I have a big jeep and i made this purchase without knowing what it entailed. Rob didn’t make me feel dumb and really helped educate me on a few things. I also didn’t feel like anyone here at this location was tryna take my money. I will be returning soon to take care of the rest of the things on my vehicle. Thanks Rob.

On a Saturday, after my usual oil change place said they couldn't fit me in, I called this place a half hour before they close and a cheerful, professional voice said "we would be happy to take care of you, come on up". They took care of everything and all of them just seemed happy to be working and detail oriented. I WILL BE COMING HERE FROM NOW ON!!!
