I recently had the pleasure to experience this at NTB (Mavis) of Fairfax. Short story - I needed 2 tires replaced on my 2018 Tesla Model 3 and received an excellent quote from NTB. I brought it and they replaced the tires, but the next day I realized that the mechanic/technician had made a mistake. I contacted the manager, Mr. Socrates, who looked into the issue and confirmed that a mistake had been made by the mechanic/technician. They immediately rectified the problem and made amends. In so doing, they gained a satisfied and loyal customer. In life, mistakes happen (as in this case), and the mark of excellence is when a company goes above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend NTB (Mavis) of Fairfax.
