- OKO K5 days ago1.0I recently went to Mr. Tire to replace two tires, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. Before the service, I specifically asked about the tire price and installation cost. They told me the tire price and the installation fee, and I agreed. But after everything was done, they added around $100 in extra hidden fees that they never mentioned from the beginning. On top of that, the work wasn’t done properly. The tires were not balanced correctly my steering wheel shakes when I drive at higher speeds. They also gave the car back with low tire pressure, so I had to fill the air myself right after leaving the shop. Overall, bad communication and low quality work. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
