Almost a thousand dollars for 2 tires because they said I could not replace just the tire that got the hole in it running over some knife-like thing on the beltway because the car is AWD. What a sad way to finish our Christmas holiday. I guess it’s not Mr Tire’s fault.

I was frustrated and called my sister and she called Mr Tire and asked what time they closed and they said 7 pm. I told them how can you deny a woman who was by herself an hour away from her destination it’s night time and your establishment is still open?? They said it hey had their last customer. It’s completely unacceptable and the manager was a woman (Samir)…. If you’re a woman and in need of help or an emergency don not go here!!! They don’t care!
- PLphuong leDec 8, 20251.01 star – Bait-and-switch pricing + junk fee Called Mr. Tire #593 in Fairfax and was quoted $134.99 for a wheel alignment on my 2016 Lexus NX200t. Showed up today (12/8/25) and they slid a new estimate in front of me for $149.98 — the extra $13.49 was a “shop supply fee” that was never mentioned on the phone. The receipt even admits the fee includes “profits to the repair facility,” not just supplies. On top of that, they wrote on my invoice that they warned me the alignment “may not correct” my car pulling/turning by itself — yet they still charged full price and did it anyway. Car still pulls exactly the same after the alignment. Feels like they knew it wouldn’t help but took the money regardless. Save yourself the headache — plenty of honest shops in Fairfax that don’t play these games.
