I called twice throughout the day to see if my car was ready and they said it wasn’t. They didn’t call me until 15 minutes before they close at 6:45pm to tell me it just got done and I have 15 minutes to pick it up or it will have to stay there until next day. What’s the point of having an appointment if my car is going to be there all day long just to replace 3 tires. And also only gave me 15 minutes to get there to pick it up. I was frustrated, but I was there in 15 minutes.

To make it even better the team members that checked me in and out and followed up during the process were very professional and friendly. They were very friendly to my dog that was in their office for 5 minutes. I will gladly refer others to Mr Tire. I am an apartment community mgr who has at least 392 apts with vehicles and I’m often asked for recommendations. Our local Fairfax Me Tire has earned my referral.

I want to be clear, I don’t think the charges were unreasonable and I was satisfied by the report they gave me with the car inspection. Please do better and communicate potential charges upfront
