Overall, I had a semi-positive experience getting my new tires installed here. The staff was professional and straightforward, and the tire install itself was done correctly and with the right tires that I ordered beforehand. They explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. The pricing for the tires felt fair, and the quality of work was solid. That said, the process was slower than expected. I waited 4 hours for a simple tire install and front-end alignment. Be prepared to wait longer for your vehicle, even with an appointment. My appointment started at 7:30AM and ended at 11:30AM. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it's something you as a customer should plan around.
They also pushed a front-end alignment. I get why it's recommended, but it definitely felt like an upsell, since it was already included in my price sheet printout, adding an extra $150.00 to my expected price. I didn't appreciate the inclusion on the printout. How about showing me what I ordered and then recommending the front-end alignment.
So after I drove away I noticed that my steering wheel was off-center and the car was now pulling to the right. This was so frustrating and I had to go back again. This time I waited over 2 hours.
All in all, good work and professional service. Just allow extra time and expect the alignment recommendation.

If I could leave minus 100 stars I would!!!
I needed to change tires because mine wouldn't pass the inspection. I chose tires online, some cheaper ones, because it's an old car and I was planning to sell it soon (I told them that). Still, they convinced me to buy more expensive ones. One of my tires was constantly loosing air, I had to pump it almost every day. I asked different mechanics and they wouldn't know the reason as it was whole (undamaged). Someone suggested that alignment might help. So I also ordered an alignment (wasn't necessary as it turned out later but they did it anyway). It didn't help with tire loosing air, so I still had to carry the pump with me everywhere. That was in September. In May, my son was going to work and messaged me saying it's making a strange sound, I said drive slowly and carefully, few minutes later he messaged saying it blew. So he had to miss work and I had to cancel my plans too. I called the service using my insurance and the guy who installed the spare showed me inside the tire that blew saying IT'S DEFECTIVE. That stuff didn't grow there, it was there from the beginning, so they knowingly installed defective tire on my car! Probably because I told them I'm going to sell it soon! But I didn't, so it blew on me, not the other person who would've bought it and wouldn't have any idea who to complain to about this! I have photos and videos of the mechanic showing me this saying IT'S DEFECTIVE! So the next day I call them to make an appointment explaining to them what happened, they said "come in". So I did, being absolutely sure, that, because it's THEIR FAULT, they will have to fix it for free! I am not even talking about lost wages and psychological damage we had to endure because of that! It could be fatal if it happened on the highway!!! So, they call me and say that when the tire blew, the pressure sensor got lost so they added that to the bill. And also, the reason that tire was loosing air rapidly earlier was the DIRT accumulated at the rim. And if I wanted it to be cleaned I also need to pay extra. I was like - wait, why didn't you clean it in September when you changed all 4 tires??? Shouldn't it be by default? Or at least call me and let me know??? No, you knowingly install defective tire, leave the dirt as it is so I pump it every day, and then when it finally blows you charge me AGAIN - for the tire installment, for blown tire disposal, for the pressure sensor and for the clean up??? Oh AND, like the rest of it wasn't horrific, they just threw my spare in the trunk! When I discovered it and called them on it, the guy came out to see and told me that everyone who could put it back already left and if I want I can come back TOMORROW. I couldn't leave fast enough. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The only decent person who works there is Charlie (the guy who installed the spare for me recommended me to only deal with him), the others are lazy, disrespectful and sometimes inappropriate (I have to say that this is only about people who I dealt with, I can't say it's about 100% everybody). But they act like they don't care at all and they just milk you for more and more money.
Never going there ever again, and telling everyone I know. I'd rather pay a little more and go to their neighbor Craftsman (not even sure if they are more expensive, I just assumed Mr.Tire is cheaper, probably by the way their shop looks - bad idea!)
I believe that they have to reimburse me for everything that I had to spend on top - the tire, the sensor, the cleaning and all the labor, it all happened because they knowingly installed defective tire! By the way they agreed, when I showed them the pictures and the videos (thank goodness that mechanic advised me to take them - otherwise those guys would just dispose of it and say it wasn't true!) - that the tire was defective!!! But still made me pay for everything - almost $700!!! Absolute disgrace.
(This happened in May'25 with initial installment of the tires in September'24, took me a while to post - it's like reliving the trauma! But I had to to warn others!)
