The staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic knowledge about how to properly service vehicles. I asked them to perform a simple factory reset after the service, and they told me they “don’t do that.” What kind of automotive service shop doesn’t even have an OBD-II scanner to reset a vehicle properly? That’s basic equipment for modern cars. The level of incompetence and poor customer service here is unacceptable. I would rather change my oil myself than trust this location with my car again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never return to this location.
