His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. You don’t meet people like that every day. Jean is a very nice and genuine person, and because of him, I highly recommend coming here for service. Auto One is lucky to have a manager like him!
- BDBrian DemingDec 4, 20251.0good luck. online said there were multiple trim tools in stock and available for one hour pickup. three guys working. one had no clue what i was talking about and wouldn’t be qualified to serve fries at a fast food joint. dude #2 couldn’t be troubled to acknowledge i existed. and finally dude #3 was too busy to get off a personal phone call and said “it’s in aisle 2.” no, it wasn’t. the tool i wanted was nowhere to be seen and the closest alternative was some overpriced multi pack for three times the cost of a $15 tool.
