  Detail is fine; the underside coating looks fine, but multiple issues with the shop left me feeling like I got bait-and-switched and nickel-and-dimed, with poor communication throughout. Pricing: Initial quote was $649 for coating. When I followed up to schedule, it jumped to $1,000 because my vehicle "is not brand new"—despite my intake form clearly stating it's a 9-year-old Acura. Timeline: Quoted 3-4 days when I dropped off. By end of day 4 (Thursday 4:00pm), no contact from the shop. I called and was told Saturday (2 more days) and that they'd let me know a time later. On day 5 (Friday), I called again asking for a specific pickup time—suddenly it was ready that afternoon. No proactive updates despite the communicated timeline more than doubling. Hidden fees: At pickup, discovered a $27 credit card processing fee and $41 shop supplies charge on the receipt. They never mentioned I could pay another way to avoid the CC fee. Disappointing experience. Costly in time, energy, planning, and add-ons. Can't recommend.

  I brought my brand new Honda HRV here for an undercoating. The staff got me in quickly, were very friendly, and did quality work. They also offer a yearly service on it where they re-coat any areas necessary for just $79. I went there today for that and it was very quick. I also learned they offer detailing today, and I got my vehicle on the schedule for that. I recommend this place to everyone. In the Washington DC area, it is so very important to get your vehicle rust protected if you wanted to last as long as possible, and I feel confident that my vehicle is well protected thanks to the services offered here.

  Extremely happy with the underbody coating!! I was lucky enough to find an 08 GX470 without rust and I'd like to keep it that way.

  What a GREAT GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS!! This team did an AMAZING JOB with full ceramic, front window tint, and selective ppf. John and the team were patient, informative, and fully committed to creating a great customer experience. I arrived here via recommendation from friend who has used their services in the past and spoke highly praise. They took their time and treated the vehicle as it should be… like brand new!
