- POPeter Oh4 days ago1.0The shop’s clerk was very unkind ever! When I asked to buy battery for my car but she asked me “look up”. I don’t understand what’s meant so I asked again but she almost angry at me. So I am not able to stand with her actions, I left immediately.
- HCHassan CollinsMar 19, 20261.0Do not buy here without checking prices elsewhere first. They sold me the wrong headlight first, and wouldnt refund it bc the box was opened, never used. Then I bought the right headlight with them, and they charged me $150 and found out after it was on amazon for $40. Will never come here again. Thanks!

I went in to have my battery tested and potentially purchase a new one to be installed, especially since there’s a sign posted outside clearly stating that they offer battery testing and installation services. However, when I asked for help, the employees refused to assist me. I was given no clear explanation as to why the service wasn’t being provided, even though it’s advertised, which I found especially disappointing given that they were promoting the service to customers right outside their store but weren’t following through. I understand that there may sometimes be circumstances that prevent certain services from being performed, but that should be communicated clearly and professionally. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience today. I left feeling misled and disappointed.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
