  We were able to get our truck in less than 15 minutes. Caeden was amazing and he explained everything in detail. He understood and sympathized with the struggle of moving. He has a great sense of humor and gave us a good laugh 😂

  Penske was almost half an hour late with my Truck Rental. Showed up at 0655 for a 0700 rental pickup and the truck was nowhere to be found. It finally arrived around 0720. Not a good way to start off moving your family. This isn't the Penske I remember for the crazy amount of money I paid for it.

  Great service. Rented a brand new truck with only 5k miles! Had a great experience driving it all the way from Florida to here!

  I have never felt the need to write a review regardless of how bad my experience was but I must write a review for this company. First i was told to pick up the Penske truck from a home depot in chantilly to later get told the truck was waiting for me in Fairfax station. After arriving i got assigned a truck that had a certain amount of miles but was given a different truck. Upon the Penske employee realizing that, he had to change all the information he had just filled out. I rented the truck for a day and my drop off time was sunday at 5.25 PM buy on sunday the store closes at 3.00 PM so i left the keys inside the drop off box. Monday morning i wake up and look at my bank statement and they charged me for an extra day!! The refund took a long time to process and I STILL HAVENT GOT MY 150 SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. Awful awful company!!
