  We had reserved a 16' truck and arrived early for pick up. The first truck we were given had an engine code for an issue with the ABS. I did not feel comfortable driving through mountainous terrain with this issue- so we requested another truck. They gave us another truck but the key did not work to turn on the vehicle. Finally, they offered us a 3rd vehicle to drive. I asked if this truck was 16' like the one we requested. The worker admitted it was 15'. They were going to charge us the full amount for a smaller trucm than we reserved. We requested yet another truck- one that was the size we paid for and that didn't have high risk engine codes. It should be noted that with every change of vehicle they had to redo all the paperwork. We were under extreme time constraints and this ordeal added a lot of undue stress to a very stressful day. The truck we got did not have a full tank of gas- which is something they advertise their trucks having. Overall, this was a stressful and extremely frustrating encounter. Penske needs to check their vehicles prior to reservation pick-ups to ensure drivers get what they paid for.

  Penske was almost half an hour late with my Truck Rental. Showed up at 0655 for a 0700 rental pickup and the truck was nowhere to be found. It finally arrived around 0720. Not a good way to start off moving your family. This isn't the Penske I remember for the crazy amount of money I paid for it.

  Great service. Rented a brand new truck with only 5k miles! Had a great experience driving it all the way from Florida to here!
