He found the engine error code and then proceeded to call everyone in town he knew to see who could possibly help us asap. He called until he found someone open and standing by to help us! Road tripping with my young children and my older mother in a broken car is scary and Tim made sure we were taken care of. THANK YOU! isn’t enough

- CCCharlesDec 5, 20255.0On 12/3/25, Beth rendered assistance with my 03 GMC with a battery charging issue. As it was getting late, unfortunately the issue was greater than the battery. I returned 12/4/25, Tim there, facilitated the replacement of the alternator which resolved the issue. This is by far the best AutoZone I have had occasion to do business with. The management and staff are courteous, they go out of their way when possible to make sure the situation is resolved.
