  Alex was wonderful and from what I observed the workers there have a lot of patience. She looked out for me and made sure my experience was great! I appreciate the wonderful customer service as I know I will need the services in the near future. This location is convenient for me and right up the street. No issues and if any occured they were quickly resolved.

  Good service and very accommodating. I had to rent a car after the snow storm due to needing care repairs. I first went there and was unable to get a car that match my car size so enterprise noted they would follow up with me as soon as something was available. No sooner I got home I was called and they had a good match. They also called to ensure I was taken care of once my car was ready. That was appreciated. Overall I would recommend this location.

  I am beyond frustrated. I had a confirmed reservation from last night, but when I arrived, they claimed the car wasn't available. Instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to force me into another car that costs at least $50 more for the two days. If I could afford or wanted a more expensive vehicle, I would have booked it from the start. This feels like a classic 'bait and switch' tactic—confirming a low price and then upselling when the customer is stuck. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I will not be returning and will not recommend this place
