  UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Can you believe that this is a “finished” product? The fix was delayed for almost a week (rental car cost was on me), and at the last moment, they called me and said “hey by the way, we found these cracks under the bumper.” They had numerous chances to let me know about this but decided to do it at the very last minute. I couldnt keep spending on rental carals, so I had to take the car back with these damages still on the bumper. This body shop wasted my time and money. Definitely overrated & won’t come back.

  I wouldn’t use this place. Doesn’t seem to know what they are talking about. Trying to talk to someone as if they are unaware of how an estimate is written and then attempting to say they need pics to justify ripping someone off. All when it’s simple. Book time tells you what it requires to take and put a grill on. No painting nothing but you can’t come up with estimate. That shows me they know nothing of this business.

  Straight up 5 stars doesn’t do these guys justice. 110% effort and pure kindness. Could not recommend L & M and their amazing staff enough. If you need the work done this is the place.

  This is a very dishonest body shop. I turned my car in after an accident and they did all the body work on it fine. So conveniently when they were done, my car wouldn’t start. They then proceeded to give my key to the auto shop next door without my consent, I am not saying it was physically in the auto shop I am upset because they gave the key without letting me know and they let hands I did not approve in my vehicle. The auto shop admitted to spraying fluid in my engine and taking the headlight off. L&M said the auto shop didn’t “touch my car” or my fuses so I am confused as to why my fuse box cover is in my passenger seat if they didn’t touch it. When I went to pick up my car they had trouble finding my key it wasn’t at L&M and it turned up at the auto shop next door. I talked to the person who “didn’t touch my car” but admitted to spraying fluids in it, he told me it was a crankshaft sensor which is a lie. It doesn’t matter if the car was in the auto shop or not the point is I did NOT approve any type of diagnostic. I no longer felt comfortable with my car being at the body shop so I then towed it home because I didn’t want them doing anything else to my car. After looking at the crankshaft sensor and scanning my car for codes nothing came up. I tried to start my car again but this time I noticed a green key flashing on the dash. Then I remembered when I first got my key fob the screw was lose, and they claimed it was already lose when I dropped it off which is another lie. I didn’t think much of my key being lose when I first got it. Then I put 2 and 2 together and magically when I opened up my key fob my chip was not there which is a safety feature to starting the car. I am very confused as to how I can drive my car to the body shop with the chip in the key fob but when I pick it up the chip is gone. I don’t trust this body shop at all and would strongly advise you look elsewhere where if you want to fix body damage on your car. Update- found my spare key and car started fine with no issues at all. This confirms that they were trying to scam me by trying to say it was a mechanical issue.
