- BBBarbara2 days ago1.0I had an appointment for an estimate. The staff were very friendly. I received a written copy of how much it would cost to make my car right. After going over what I wanted done, I called the body shop and left a message asking for a return call. I never heard back, so I called again and told the receptionist I needed a revised copy. She said someone would get back to me. Now it's been two weeks without a return call. I'm not in a rush to have my car fixed, so if they're busy, that's fine. All I asked for was a return call.

After nearly 2 months, my car was return with dash lights on and incomplete exhaust, rep stated these will go out in a few days and the exhaustparts is on order. After 2 weeks, I took my vehicle to dealership, cost me an additional $3,000+ to get back into near perfect condition as when I dropped it off, less the damage to my rearend due to a collision. Called and told the rep that my car was at the dealership for repair ($3,000+) never heard from them again. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

It was a simple bumper replacement, and the paint looks great. To add, I had to get an enterprise car from across the street to which they provided a shuttle service for. - MSMichael SimAug 28, 20251.0UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Can you believe that this is a “finished” product? The fix was delayed for almost a week (rental car cost was on me), and at the last moment, they called me and said “hey by the way, we found these cracks under the bumper.” They had numerous chances to let me know about this but decided to do it at the very last minute. I couldnt keep spending on rental carals, so I had to take the car back with these damages still on the bumper. This body shop wasted my time and money. Definitely overrated & won’t come back.
