    Worst experience I've ever had. Booked 30 days in advance, reservation was lost. After being run from Stafford to Fredericksburg then Dumfries I finally got truck for family camping trip hours later. Truck was filthy and full of pet hair. Had to clean inside and out before putting kids inside. Called customer service and was told I'd be emailed a 50% coupon off next rental. Never received email. Call once again and was told to go online. Just kept getting run around passed from person to person. Very shifty service and would not recommend to anyone. I repeat do not rent from these people. Go to budget.

    The Enterprise team at this location plus one from a location in Dale City went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle to take my family and I to New York for my sons birthday at the last minute. I couldn’t be happier with how they all moved to get this done for me! I would rent from them again for sure!

    Really went above and beyond in helping with a rental. GF needed something we could get her into - she was on crutches and a in a boot. Didn't blink an eye when the mid-suv I ordered wasn't available and finding an upgrade to a lux mid suv to cover and facilitate what we needed. Great service, good rates, good people. Thanks.
