  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband rented a car from this location after an accident. He initially rented for 30 days and then extended the rental for a few additional days. When he first made the reservation, he paid $320, which we were told would be refunded once the booking was closed. That refund never happened. We spent days on the phone with corporate, and they repeatedly told us that the branch manager at this location is the only one who can reverse the charge. Every time we called the location, we were told the manager was either not in or on vacation. No one took responsibility, and no one helped resolve the issue. Eventually my husband gave up out of frustration, but I won’t stay quiet. $320 is a lot of money, and customers should not lose their money because employees don’t want to do their jobs. This situation is completely unacceptable, and because of it, I will never use Enterprise again.

  I’ve rented a few cars at this location and it has been nothing short of easy. The workers are a pleasure to deal with and the pickup/drop off process is always a breeze. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to rent a vehicle from Enterprise.
