  This is the worst part store I ever dealt with Dumfries auto zone i order a battery 5 hrs ago called 4 times this don't make any sense I will go further on this review no answer this isn't the first time this nerve racking

  I needed a light bulb replaced in my car and contacted several AutoZone locations, but they all told me they don’t provide that service. By the grace of God, I called the AutoZone locations in Dumfries. I was told if I brought my car in and the replacing the bulb wasn’t too difficult, he would try to help. When I arrived, I spoke with an employee named Roger. He took a look and said he would try. Removing the old bulb was difficult, but he was able to get it out. Installing the new bulb turned out to be even more challenging. Roger went above and beyond—breaking it down like a mechanic would—to get the new bulb installed properly. This was not part of his job, and it wasn’t easy, but he took the time and showed genuine care and patience. I am truly grateful. Thank you to Roger and the AutoZone store for being such a blessing. I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service.

  Chad was a great help. The way these newer cars are, things don't look the same under the hood. Without Chad's help installing my battery, it probably would of taken me forever putting it in myself.

  Chase did a great job in the freezing cold, replacing the battery for my Chevy Suburban, which is in an awkward space on the vehicle.
