    I had a great experience renting a car from Sixt at Dulles Airport. Mustafa was absolutely amazing, very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and ensured I got exactly what I needed.     Great experience for my first time renting with Sixt. Saeid was very helpful—he greeted me, checked on my experience, and walked me to the front desk to help with a charge issue. Manager Isaiah took care of it quickly. Really appreciate the service, I’ll definitely be back.

    I’m deeply disappointed by the outcome of my experience. The car I was given was old for the price of a rental and had a lot wear and tear with over 40 damages all around the vehicle’s body that already existed in the previous reports. The charged me $52.76 for damages that were already on the hood of the car. They just want to make money by bluffing customers and lying about damages. Horrible return agents. I will never rent from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company. They never give you the car you paid for.

    I wish zero stars was possible. I booked direct through Sixt's website for a minivan from this location, prepaid weeks in advance, and when my check in text arrived the booking was for a Nissan Versa (tiny car, certainly not a minivan). Thought I would call and resolve it, instead I got a customer service person who acted like I was lying about having booked a minivan (I have and emailed him the receipt), then acted like I was crazy because "they don't even have any minivans available at that location". I needed a minivan for a long trip and now there are literally zero minivans available in the entire DC area because it is 24 hours from the start of spring break. They also can't refund me my money until it goes through their nonsense processing even though they clearly bait and switched me then tried to gaslight me. This company and their service is garbage.

    Customer service was great. I don't love the hours because my 9pm flight arrived 2 and a half hours late and had me sweating getting to SIXT on time to pick up my vehicle. BUT I got there just in time and the guy at the desk got me in a vehicle fast and seamless. When I dropped it off, Andres took care of me and got me out and on a van to the terminal in less than 2 minutes. I would definitely come back.
