  The pickup process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Company shuttles available at the front door of the terminal to transfer renters from the terminal to the car’s pick up office.

  Usually I don't leave comments on google review but today's experience was quite frustrating with Sixt Dulles. The car reserved for me has maintenance issues (constant low cleaning fluids alert and I have to find ways to clean the front shied myself.) At the pick up, I asked at pick up whether I can change another car in the same model. The staff was unwilling to help citing they don't have availabilities while there are 3 other BMW 5 series parking in their lots just by a quick look. And when I drive away, the problem starts to show. I am in platinum tire member with this rental which on their website says offers option of free upgrade. Since the staff insisted I cannot change the same model at the pick up, I asked whether I could use this option instead, it was denied unless I pay 80$ extra per day (this was not my experience in any other Sixt branches where I was always offer free upgrade or just with a little extra). And on their website, it says platinum member gets free upgrade. Even I had over 15 rental with this company for the past year, the upgrade was not really honored in this branch. Probably will think about doing business with other companies in the future.

  Very disturbing place here . First of all the car that I was supposed to get wasn’t even there and had to wait too long for a free upgrade , ok that’s whatever the car was very dirty with sault all around ok whatever again , after driving the car warned for low tire pressure on 2 sides and thankfully I had picture of it on the dashboard meaning these guys don’t even double check the tire pressure before handing it out to the customer when we all take highways . So I payed my own money in a freezing weather to fill up the pressure Lastly they told me a discount will be applied admitting their fault and after the final bill I realized there was no discount applied at all So I guess they lied to me as a result I opened a complain case with the SIXT main branch and going to report to BBB if nothing is issued here on my case
