  My flight arrived 2hrs late and i hadn't checked in yet but had no problem getting a car. Took 5 minutes to check in.

  Why is it impossible to get anybody on the phone? The phone system is just sending me around in circles. I'm trying to get somebody to help resolve an issue with a lemon vehicle but all I get are people routing me back and forth between roadside assistance, who I already talked to, and new rental associates who seem to only know how to route me to roadside assistance! I just want to get a vehicle that works, is that too much to ask?

  Rented a car from IAD during Christmas week and was worried they wouldn’t have availability since it was a busy holiday week—especially after a friend had issues renting a car in another state just days before. Surprisingly, they had the car ready! This was by far the quickest rental experience I’ve ever had. The online check-in was easy and fast, and when I went to the counter and told them I’d already checked in, they simply told me to go outside and grab a car—so quick and seamless. Drop-off was just as easy. Overall, a great experience, especially during the holidays. Thank you!

  We typically use Sixt as our rental car place because we like the rent high end cars and we frequently visit DC from California. However, during this visit to Dulles airport we chose enterprise because they had more options for cars. Yet, when we initially arrived those car options did not exist. Long story short we made the best of it , although reservations agent were not that helpful in resolving our challenges. We made some concessions, figured it out and left the premises. Lastly, as we returned our car. We met the relatable and bright return agent named Dante. We had no idea he was a manager but asked us sincerely if we were pleased with our service. Transparently, we told him our experience and he immediately wanted to ensure that we were heard/ seen and compensated us for our initial challenges. We very thankful for Dante because he did not have to do that but did it out of the kindness of his heart. Due to Dante’s kindness we will be giving Enterprise another chance on our next visit.

  What a scam. Picked up a car, as I’m putting my stuff in the car I realize the back seat has some damage. I inform one of the staff and he says “don’t worry all prior damage is documented if you’d like you can change cars but regardless don’t worry that won’t be on you.” Since my stuff was in the car I decided to go ahead and pick that car. The staff member was a young man with blonde hair and glasses. Whoever you are please don’t make such claims as now your company is billing me $1,000 for damage I didn’t even do. This feels like a scam!
