The representative on duty displayed a level of dismissiveness and lack of support that made what should have been a simple rental process unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Basic courtesy, clear communication, and a willingness to help are minimum expectations in customer service. Unfortunately, none of these were present. The interaction left a negative impression and did not reflect the level of professionalism I have previously associated with Enterprise. I am sharing this so management is aware and can review the customer service standards at this location. I hope this can be addressed to ensure others do not have a similar experience.

I had returned a small car at Hertz for a larger SUV, but my credit card was maxed out and was told I could not rent anything with my debit card,even though the car I returned was not due till 3 more days. We walked over to Enterprise and they said we could use our Debit card,we were there no more than 15 minutes and out with a vehicle, the service and people there were very professional,even though all were dressed for Holloween. Thank you guys!!!!

They are trying to scam me for "hail damages" when it didn't even hail and I barely drove the car and it was in a garage. They also keep telling enterprise corporate they are trying to contact me when I have no thread of any contact from this location. Do not trust them! I usually rent 25 cars a year and this is the first this has ever happened. I now think I'm done with enterprise due to this location. Hertz here I come I guess.

Despite some confusion and back-and-forth even after the manager’s email guaranteeing that I’d receive a vehicle equal to or better than my Grand Cherokee, Corey really went the extra mile to help me out. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. Thanks to him, I finally left with a car that met my expectations. Big thanks, Corey — excellent service!
