  Always a pleasant experience renting and returning rentals. Top notch customer service from the agent Momo. He remembers my preference and gives straight advice, like when I did not realize my drivers license had expired. With his advice, I basically applied and got an interim license on the spot. When returning the rental, Solomon always greets customers whether he is waiting on them or not. He remembers you and call you by name. I am a Hertz Gold Plus member, but rent most of the time with Alamo.

  Muy mala experiencia en el aeropuerto de Washington con el alquiler del coche en ALAMO. Según llegué me comentaron de alquilar el dispositivo electrónico TOLL PASS para no preocuparme de los peajes, y lo pagué, 34,65$. Pues a los pocos días de acabar el alquiler me llega un cargo de ALAMO de 50,59 $ por 6 peajes. ¿Para qué alquilé entonces el TOLL PASS? He escrito a ALAMO solicitándoles un reembolso del cargo de los 6 peajes, o bien del alquiler del TOLL PASS ya que no funcionó. ALAMO no me contesta, y la agencia con la que alquilé AUTO EUROPE tampoco quiere saber nada. Verdaderamente me siento engañado y estafado.

I secured a spot in the aisle quickly, and the car selection was excellent—clean, comfortable, and ready to go. However, the reason I'm writing this specific review is because of the phenomenal assistance provided by Amine from the counter staff. As I was confirming my paperwork, I realized I needed to add an authorized driver, something I usually forget until the last minute. Amine handled this detail with incredible efficiency and grace. He immediately processed the necessary identification, and made the contract update on the spot. He was exceptionally friendly, had a great sense of humor, and made me feel completely taken care of. He didn't just process a request; he made sure I was confident and informed before driving away. That level of patient, personal service is rare and deeply appreciated. Amine turned a simple administrative step into a memorable positive interaction. If you're looking for excellent value without sacrificing time or quality of service at Dulles, choose Alamo. A huge thank you to Amine for going above and beyond—you made the start of my trip stress-free!

  By far the easiest car rental experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and the selection of cars was impressive. I definitely recommend renting from Alamo.
